From Knowledge to Practice was developed between 2013 and 2018 by a multi-agency coalition led by Ottawa Fire Services, with a $1.2M federal grant from the Government of Canada and an additional $2.5M+ in cash and in-kind contributions from research bodies, academic institutions, fire service organizations, and industry partners worldwide.
The list below names institutions only. The individual contributors who built this curriculum — many now retired — are honoured collectively in the work itself.
